I originally gave 5 stars but over the years this store has really gone down hill.There is always something missing or wrong with the meal.The store keeps looking like it's not been cleaned in hours all tables covered in rubbish and all over the floor.Proper hygiene by staff not being followed. Staff are regularly seen without beard nets or hair nets. Eating while making other peoples food which is really unhygienic to be putting your fingers near your mouth then continue making someone's burgerThe staff dont seem to care anymore.Dont get me wrong there are good days where nothing is missing or wrong from your order but in the last few years 9 times out of 10 something is wrong.

Parking bay every time I get a drive through, fast food I think not ! Terrible service. 5/6 times I’ve been allocated a parking bay. This place is a joke. Management up your game !

Great location in heart of High Wycombe town centre. Free toilets. You feel safe as there is a security guard at the entrance who also patrols inside.

While the service was outsourced between a machine and staff members for a lacklustre experience. There is a female employee of the establishment who is doing a stand out job of presentation and dust management for the brand. It’s very rare to see employees take such pride in their work, and it truly shows. She is out and about with a feather duster, putting herself into numerous stretches and poses to get to dust that set her apart.

Takes ages and people get eggy as it takes ages because it really shouldn't take ages. Machines never print tickets which is fine but they never show your number either so chaos follows. Better off getting frozen burger from Iceland across the road, watch it defrost, cook it and then eat that. Much quicker.

We ordered one large portion of chips and a large veggie meal deal. Both portions of the chips were warm not hot and they were not full. They were filled just over half the packet.

Fries are always cold, never use the correct bun for the filet o fish. Burgers are not assembled properly and have to be reassembled by the customer in order to be eaten.

Nice place to go to eat. Today I had a not very good experience! The attendant was out of patience and was a little rude. I think they could improve the service, I know that it is not easy to work with the public but serving well is very important. The snack and fries were delicious.
