I tried to use my Sony cassette deck (TC-K611S) during lockdown after it had been unused for a while. It powered up but both the belt for the door and tape drive had failed. It's from the early 90s and part of a matching stack. I thought perhaps it was beyond repair so I was delighted to find Emil, who was able to source the necessary parts and get it up and running for me for a reasonable price! He also gave some good tips for avoiding tape problems in the future. I'd definitely recommend.

Contacted Emile about an unresponsive amp that I acquired. It's an old piece from the late 70s but age was no problem. Dropped it off and was able to collect the fully fixed piece just a couple of days later. Great communication throughout, fairly priced, and good service. Would definitely recommend.
