Thier work towards the pandemic was great you had to go on time for the safety of people around you furthermore her work was professional compared to other hairdressers in the area I also loved the fact they made a professional area for Muslim customers or any customer who had to cover thier hair to not be seen buy specific gender or circumstances and that, was a joy to be seen, as a Muslim women I appreciate the thought of a special place that respects my religions rules it was a pleasure to alll my Muslim friends as thiers no longer any chaos over hair dressers beaing rude or anoyed more overThey only use natural products which heals the hair than rather chemicals that make ur hair look like it burned in the sun which was great 5 out of 5 would reallly recomed whether ur Muslim or not

I been first time to Cloud Night" in Stafford for my hair .The service and the care was first classEnd result was 10 out of 10And cost was affordable.I am Muslim and was provided separate area for me respecting the privacy I need.Thumbs upI definitely use again 10/10"

Went in for a pedicure which is usually £20 and then told when I arrived that it had changed to £30 and agreed. They were unable to cut most of my nails so gave them a quick file and this was all I was having done as I'm disabled and cannot cut them myself. I got to the counter after and they had charged an extra £5 so total of £35

All the staff are friendly and very professional. Had the most amazing foot massage/gel pedicure. I'm booked in for my nails to be done next week, can't wait. Love the fact they use all natural products too.

Maxine is wonderful! She is highly skilled, knowledgeable, softly spoken and cares for you from the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave.The Indian head massage was Devine and after some tender love and care, my brows now look wedding ready, thank you very very much!!!

Since using the products at cloud nine my hair has never been in such amazing condition. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Friendly service always with a small. And reasonably priced as well. Great staff, service and products.

A beautifully decorated salon with a relaxing atmosphere. At the open day the staff were very friendly and welcoming and I had a lovely hand massage. The staff were knowledgeable about the services they offer and i'm looking forward to visiting again.
