A fantastic experience shopping in the store. I'd had a look online and had an idea of what I wanted, but when I walked into the store and hesitated, Paul immediately approached and asked if I needed help. He listened carefully to what I wanted and didn't want, led me through a seamless purchasing experience, providing me with all of the information I needed to make my selection, and encouraged me to try the Sleepmatch technology, which was so interesting. Guided by the results from Sleepmatch, Paul took me to try the comfiest mattress I have ever laid on. I tried four more for comparison, but bought the one he had recommended first. It was even on sale at half price! The finalisation of my order details was simple and quickly completed, and I was delighted that my bedframe and mattress could be delivered the following week and installed for a truly great price. I spent much more than I intended, but it was absolutely worth it and I'm really happy with having such a comfy mattress for the first time in my life. Cheers Paul!

I am very happy with my service today, I give the company the full 5 stars, they have been brilliant, I have just brought a double bed.I got offered to try out sleep match that shows what mattress is a perfect comfort for you, it helped a lot on what I was needing. I got shown around the store and the guy explained in detail on what is best and what would be ideal, while looking at different beds to fit my style I was aiming for.I would 100% recommend to anyone and would definitely buy again.

I was mis-sold a mattress that was not suitable for my needs and poses a potential health risk. I have visited the store and was provided with a number for the customer service team. The customer service team are failing to respond to my issues and I have emailed them four times explaining the situation.On my initial visit to the store team seemed knowledgeable and understanding of my needs, after the mattress arrive and I had a very bad sleep in it. I soon realised that the sales team have minimal knowledge of what they claim to be experts in and just wanted a sale.My dispute remains on going and Dreams continue to be non-responsive!
