From the time I enquired about a replacement roof window at the showroom until completion everyone was very friendly and professional. A few years ago Thistle also installed double glazed windows and door and as then, after discussing my requirements, Lewis was so helpful. There was no pressure and the completed work was excellent.

We've had the pleasure of working with Lewis Morgan for the installation of our windows. He was very easy to deal with and did not employ any pushy sales tactics. Due to the size of our project we were not able to do it all in one go, however Lewis was flexible with us and continues to support us in getting our property up to the standard we are striving for.

We installed triple glazing to the North side of our home in Banchory which was installed by Thistle Windows & Conservatory Ltd last December. We are extremely happy with the purchase, Thistle Windows installed the 7 windows in the time allotted and were very professional in all aspects of the installation. Lewis Morgan was our contact and we shall be calling again for the installation of triple glazing to the South side of our house. Well done Thistle Windows, we have realised a savings in heating expenses and the noise reduction is fantastic, well done.

I have used Thistle twice this year to replace a window at home and also windows in another premises. Mike Gordon in sales was superb as was the rest of the team. I was given a competitive quote and expected time schedule and they did not disappoint. Good communication and delighted with the end product. Would most definitely recommend!

We replaced 2 wooden patio doors with new products from Thistle Windows. The whole experience was well managed, from the initial meeting with Mike Gordon to discuss our requirements, through to the final installation works, it was stress free and we are very pleased with the quality of the service. We even opted to replace one of the patio doors with a large feature window and the end result was very effective. Overall, it was a very good service and I would not hesitate to use them again.

From the very beginning, Mike and Thistle Windows were very easy to deal with. Windows and Door ordered and fiited within the timescale. The 2 guys that came to fit were very polite and friendly. Extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. My only problem was that I was given a gold door handle and silver letterbox, which I didn't notice until after they had left. I called Thistle right away and someone came over to see what had happened. The same guys came back 1st thing next morning and changed them all to silver. They are a little bit pricey but worth every penny and would definitely use them again.

We have purchased windows and doors from Lewis Morgan and the quality and service is second to none. Lewis gave us first class service and we would highly recommend him. Sean installed all the windows and doors and he is a perfectionist. They have been so good we have just ordered more windows from him.
