I went there to buy sausage baguette but I could wait about 10 min to get my sandwich. The staff did all that she could to serve me as soon as possible. She was very patient and kind.It was a great experience in 9 am on Sinday. The price is great as well.

visited Greggs today around lunch time and was served by a white male who was very Moody. I was carrying a giant balloon and when asked for a bag he just dumped it on the counter knowing full well i couldn’t pack the items as both of my hands was occupied. when i asked him kindly if he could help me pack the bag he paused and gave me a dirty look and was upset that i had even asked him. I went in there earlier this week and my bag was packed without me even asking and had great service by somebody else. please retrain your staff in customer service

I would have given this branch a 5 star rating but today I had the most appalling customer service from a short, heavy set Caucasian man - I'm keen to describe him as I didn't get his name and most of my past experiences with the members of staff have been lovely.He was incredibly rude and grumpy. He slammed my yum yums on the counter and walked away before the transaction had even been completed; which meant I had to ask another member of staff for a bag. This was all because I asked if it would be possible to have one of the yum yums that were stacked behind the counter to which he responded they're all the same before slamming them on the counter whilst mumbling under his breath.

Wonderful place for a quick snack, lunch or breakfast. Lots of variety of food available at very reasonable prices. I love their cappuccino. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Ordered two sausage rolls a steak bake and a chicken bake. After waiting an hour I got four cheese and onion bakes delivered. This branch is a joke

Always lots of people queuing in that branch, but service is quite fast. Amazing filled doughnuts and ring doughnuts, coffee lacks a bit in taste (cinnamon latte) but it’s still the most affordable coffee in London aside from McDonalds as far as I know!

Bacon rolls only available until 11am and either run out or have undercooked bacon. When I asked if they had crispy bacon left , the blonde female said “we don’t serve overcooked bacon here!”. Perhaps they should train their staff better.
