Just opened after complete rebuild but sorry to say it has been a waste of money. Very poor design, one car stopping in the wrong lane blocks the whole place, there's just not enough room and very little help from staff.

Easy access and everything clearly sign posted. Rarely overly busy when I've had to go. Currently no proof of address required to drop items off.

Excellent friendly staff who go beyond to assist. Always willing to help you unload your car and never complain if you ask advice about recycling. Might not be the newest of sites but certainly the best run.

Massive update on the old site. Once you get familiar with the layout and park more efficiently, it’s so easy and speedy to use. Staff are great, don’t know why folk make similar comments then leave 4 stars, definitely a 5 star site, can’t see how it could be improved further.

Sullatober Household Recycling Centre
A nice new site that is much easier to use than the old site with the raised public dumping area so it is a lot easier to off load your rubbish. The skips are clearly marked as to what should go where, there is provision for electrical items, oil, paints as well as all the other usual household and garden waste. There is plenty of staff on hand to point you in the right direction. It can get busy at times but it is still much quicker to use without getting blocked in.

My first visit since refurbishment. Very pleased with the service. Great help from one of the men on duty. Thank you. Larger signs would make the site easier to negotiate.

Workers are very willing and helpful, especially for lifting heavy or awkward items. The whole are is tidy even when very busy.
