Great place for a short walk, with connections to other nearby walks such as towards Hykeham Sailing Club and the Memorial Park. The paths can get muddy in a couple of places, so some surface improvements would be welcome. It's a shame that most recreational activities are banned as per the signs at Ley's Close - surely parks are there for enjoying these kind of activities. Cycling used to be forbidden but pleased to hear that cycling is now permitted under a trial scheme. More of this please...

A lovely 1 mile walk around lake . No facilities at the moment but when hall open toilets available Lots of seats and a few picnic tables.

Nobody clean this park. Nobody Don't cut the grass. It would be a very nice place if it was taken care of!

Lovely area, walk through most mornings, exercising the dogs.Looks a bit overgrown, but then with all the rain is there any surprise ….

Walk/cycle through here most weekends with the kids, the walkways are getting more and more flooded after heavy rain. Also they could do with a few more dog poo bins, there's a litter bin at the back of the lake, (you'll find it if you sniff) that's so full of poo bags people have started stacking them on top of and around the bin.Apart from that it's lovely having this lake and all the others on our doorstep.

Hard to park, but once in there’s a nice walk around the lake. Fairly quiet compared to the other walks in the area. Sadly a longer walk has been closed off due to some anti social behaviour in the area

Nice walk round the lake out if the way. Quiet cos there is no cafe or play areas,Quite a few benches so not far off a sit down. Only downside the other lake has been closed off so can't do the long walk. But after saying that the short walk has some good vantage points across the lake.
