The staff was helpful and friendly but wasn't open to negotiate prices.Gave plenty of time to look around the car.The test drive route could have been longer as the route they made us take was well under a mile.Helped with purchasing extended warranty and home delivery of the vehicle.

Avoid this company. We have had nothing but issues since we bought the car. I had to constantly chase an invoice for the service we were promised. We later found out by our mechanic the car wasn't serviced. The 2nd day of driving the car we had a tyre pressure warning. I spoke to Seb and he told me 'don't be silly calling me about every issue'. Took the car to my mechanic and the tyre had an awful bodge job to repair an old puncture. The rear compression unit packed up after a few weeks of driving the car, costing £800 to repair. We still haven't received the V5C 4 months after collecting the car. Oh and no service history included with the car. Look elsewhere. Dreadful company.EDIT in response to Hexon Cars: A discount that was negotiated with you prior to the sale, not because of the issues caused. The MOT was carried out in January, we bought the car in April, so please don't include that within the sale agreement. As mentioned in my initial review, my mechanic has said that the car wasn't serviced. I didn't bother contacting you about the issue because of how badly the tyre issue was handled. There isn't any service history for the car, after Seb told me on the phone it was stored on the BMW app/computer. The V5 document hasn't turned up, so I can only assume my details weren't ever passed on.

The worst company ever.. please be aware when you buy cars from hexon cars. I got a car last year pass the MoT with them no issues on the car, according to hexon car the car was absolutely in great conditions. Car has outstanding recalls... should never be sold with safety issues. Had problems with the car in one year when to the mechanic 7 times and is currently there as can't pass the MOt due to safety issues. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS company. Now , no one reply or take responsibility.

I went to these guys, and Seb was straight to the point. Asked me what i wanted to buy and the budget. I was happy with the car i got. No fuss, no sales pitch. Thats how I like to do business. Highly recommended if you want a straight forward purchase.

Brilliant Anna managed to arrange Delivery of Subaru XV to Stockport including finance and return of part xall within a week, I would certainly use Hexon again. Really happy with Subaru XV.

Worst experience with this company sold me a CX-5. Back shelf missing and wing mirror doesn't close.Got back shelf by post.I only noticed the wing mirror after a month in a car park. Got a diagnostic as per there request the. Said I broke it and they won't fix it. Prove that it was like that when I picked it up. Worst experience ever warning don't buy from this dubious people

First time using Hexon cars! Had a great experience with Sebastian, he was friendly and helpful! Didn’t push me to make any decisions at all! Very relax environment, he also helped me find the best way to finance the car!Would definitely recommend!!
