Terrible nail service, showed the guy two nail designs and he said he couldnt do either, and the acrylic infills themselves were terrible, all different thicknesses, much much shorter than I asked and didnt push my cuticles back. The guy spent the whole time on the phone, I think he said a total of two things to me and he huffed when I asked for coffin shape. Going elsewhere for a removal and new set now, will not go back.

Been a customer for over 20 years and the service is impeccable. The Owner is very respectful the prices are good and there's a cheeky nail bar in the vicinity - so very handy if you're looking for the all round treatment!Definitely recommend!

I love this shop, perfect for your all in one. I take my partner there to do her hair, nails AND lashes! While I get my dreads done.Great customer service! Lily is a fantastic hairdresser also.Best hairdresser in London

I had my daughters hair texturised at new concept hair salon and I’m absolutely amazed by the results. Prices are reasonable, customer service was top quality and after care instructions were made very clear. Thank you me and my daughter are both very happy. Highly recommended
