an inspection late Thursday showed damage to a crane hook keeper, identified the part on T&C services website, ordered the part on line and paid extra for Saturday delivery. Received a phone call from the Karen asking why i was prepared to pay for courier delivery, explained i needed the crane back in commission asap. She offered to take the package to the post office on her way home and send it next day delivery and refunded the difference between post office costs and courier cost. part arrived by 1pm the next day '21 hour delivery'. Thanks Karen first class service highly recommended
