Absolutely fantastic service. I'd booked some post lockdown water sports and then discovered that my wetsuit was a bit snug and needed something delivered quickly. A call through, stock check, a lovely chat with Gemma and speedy postage. Will happily buy from them again.

Appalled at Galaxy divers.Took a rechargeable dive torch , that I had purchased from them some years ago , to replace one battery that would not recharge.The assistant told me they didn’t have any of the length I needed but said two longer ones would fit.She screwed them in and broke the led off. I left it with them to fix , but 4 weeks later I go in to be told there’s nothing they could or would do.No apology or attempt to keep a diver whose spent a lot of money there in the past.Won’t be back.

I dropped off a twinset to be taken apart and two threaded caps to be added to the valve portsTwo weeks later no call so I called them I was told problems with apeks moving customer service to France was the holdup so I went to collect my tanks to get it done elsewhere to find that they had been left empty with the valves wide open and the dust caps off I got straight through to apeks and parts are available next day in U.K. just sheer incompetence and bad service from the owner I wouldn’t let them service a snorkel let alone something you are going to rely on at depth

I am diving with Ipswich Scuba since May 2021. This is a friendly dive store, shop staff and instructors are very helpful and thus, I go diving with them often and always have lots of fun. What I like most is that they always pay attention to their divers and look after them.I did a couple of courses, e.g. Dry Suit Diver, Deep Diver or Underwater Navigation, the instructors are very experienced and great to dive with. Can thoroughly recommend for both beginner and advanced divers.

Been diving with Ipswich scuba for just shy of a year now. Fantastic team that have nothing but time and patience for current and new divers. Did my openwater and Gemma was superb with the organisation and information on what I needed to do and when. Luis was my instructor and he was stern but fair, exactly what I needed. Thoroughly enjoy stopping at the shop for a chat and a coffee. Highly recommend

Fantastic dive store. Dive shops can be very intimidating for beginners, but staff were very friendly and helpful with my 10yo and put him at ease straight away.

My daughter has just done the pool based/classroom part of her PADI Open Water Diver course and I have done my Reactivate with Galaxsea Divers.We looked at a number of schools before choosing Galaxsea Divers as they seemed to be the most customer orientated. They have been very supportive and helpful.Great learning environment, highly recommended.

Always very friendly and welcoming store. Done both open water and advanced open water with Galaxsea, they're very helpful, even managed to find me a course at short notice. staff are knowledgeable when I have random questions about gear, gear care, specialities and whatever other obscure random diving question crosses my mind.
