Called the shop late afternoon as mum was having problems locking her door. The gentleman was out fixing it within the hour. The service was very friendly and mum was put at ease instantly. It didn't take much to put it right and mums peace of mind was sorted. Would definitely recommend.

On the hottest day in June 2023, Rob came to our rescue direct from another callout in Cambridge. Some how I managed to lock my car keys in the back of my SUV car together with my daughter's 14 month old German Shepheard that we had just finished walking in the local countryside near Whittlesey. We were at the time dog-sitting for my daughter who was on holiday in Spain, and with the temperature rising our main concern was for the dog (still a puppy) in the locked car that was getting hotter with all the windows shut. After phoning Rod, he rushed to us from Cambridge, and after trying various failed attempts to break into the car gave me the only options left to smash a window or drill out the lock. I chose the lock, and within half an hour the boot was open and the dog was none the wiser. Afterwards Rob told us he had dogs himself so he fully understood our anguish in what might have happened in different circumstances.I didn't tell my daughter until she came back from Spain!!Thanks Rob from Elsie (the dog), and us. We won't forget how you rescued us.

Rob is an actual legend after I called him at 5:45am following locking myself out the house. He came over and swapped my lock when most people were still fast asleep. He was friendly, professional and quick. He's service was also a great price. Hooefully I dont need him again.... but if I do I know who to call

What a great service! After a broken lock, Rob came out and got me back in my house. Lock replaced with 3 new keys. Rob was considerate, professional and a thoroughly lovely man. We met under not great ciecumstances but Rob sorted everything and was a fabulous help. I would highly recommend him any time.

Rob came to resolve a lock issue on our front door which had resulted in the key being stuck in the lock on the outside. He was called out by the lock manufacturer to sort it out. I got a phone call in the morning from Rob with a time of arrival and a plan of action for the work. Rob arrived 45 minutes early, resolved the issue and replaced the lock barrel for good measure and 30 minutes after we had a fully functioning front door again.Rob was polite, honest and straight talking with no hesitation in telling things as they were. At no point were we made to feel as though we had done anything wrong or been stupid.
