I briefly explained to him what I was after in terms of the size of the tree and it's like he read my mind and found me a tree that was just perfect! The staff at Pines and Needles are brilliant. The gentlemen called Kirren was incredibly helpful with me and my mother when selecting a tree! He had the patience to show us as many tress as we needed. Nothing was to much for him. We would highly recommend going back there based on Kirren excellent customer service alone!Would 100% revisit again

Sebastián and Andrew had great customer service, they helped us to choose the perfect tree that was the best to our home.

There was limited stock of Norway spruces to choose from, I went for a £49 5-6f tree. It was pointed out that there was some frost damage to the lower branches but it looked nice a bushy. The staff had failed to charge the credit card machine....so I had to go to the cash point and paid £50. I stored the tree in my shed in water for 3 days before being ready to bring indoors. Once the net was removed completely and on closer inspection the frost had infact damaged the core of the tree. Due to the closeness of Christmas I continued with the tree, positioning it with its most favourable side at the front luckily it goes in the corner of the room, and positioning decorations to hide the dead bits. I contacted customer services via email, Patrick agreed that the tree was substandard and offered that I could swap the tree. This would mean dismantling the tree, getting half a trees worth of dead pines in my car to return it to Kingston. Had I not been working right up until Christmas eve this may have been an ok offer....when I explained I could not do this the long and short of it was that because I'd paid cash, which they say the don't keep records of they would not issue and any kind reimbursement without me going back to Kingston. Does the tree look acceptable for a distance yes but it certainly was not worth £50. My advice is triple check your choice of tree and don't pay cash....I certainly will not be a returning customer.

Third year buying from Pines and Needles, as always they have a fantastic range of trees available and the staff are always really happy to help. Timothee In particular was very patient as I asked him to open a couple of different trees to look at, and I ended up settling on a lovely 6ft tree.

Jake is an exceptional server. 100% reccomend!

Great experience and Ollie who worked at the shop made it extra special for our toddler, we really appreciated it.
