Flat out refusing to send a proof of benefits entitlement letter. They claim they don't send them out anymore". DWP have told me to ring the job center and that they must send one out on request

Why can you not speak to an adviser or some one who might know about procedures in the DWP when you phone. They give you all the automated garbage and when that is no good to you they hang up? I wanted to seek advice and to speak to someone, they may not have been able to advise but might have been able to help. Check your service you are providing.

I come of e.s.a as my partner managed to get a job. We asked for help with transport costs until he received his wages as he had to travel to Cardiff to his job and they said he couldn't get an appointment for 2 to 3 days. His job has now been given to someone else and we are back where we started so unhelpful. Claim to want to help you get into work yet when you do won't support you.

I have worked full time all my life, my husband died just over a year ago and I was receiving a top up from Universal Credit of around £60 a month as I had lost hubby’s income. I’m now in my 60s and took a part time job and I was called into the job centre to explain why. I hadn’t been to a job centre in my life but the staff member I spoke to immediately put me at ease. His name was Jay and he was a fabulous member of staff. He was understanding and funny and made the experience a lot less traumatic for me.

Staff were not helpful at all, they were adiment I'd be payed within 6 days. I was not, I went back to the job centre and they claim that they don't know why. Don't have a clue what they're doing, always late and usually rude.

Disgusting 22 weeks pregnant been without pay for 4/5 weeks hand in ssp 1 form to claim esa and there saying they havent got the information despite having proof of my interview looks like another 2/3 weeks before recieving anything how they treat people is awful

As for the service they provide everyone needs a job centre but the unprofessional attitude of staff is not good, Was left waiting ages before someone decided to come to the desk the member of staff wouldn't answer any of my questions and just handed out form or contact numbers, staff talk down to alot of there clients and from local response they are not happy with the Services provided, staff re training would be a good step forward to improve this job centre and it's services
