I got there 7 minutes before closing time today.Member of staff refused to serve us anything. Told us they had already closed, she just couldn’t be bothered.Judging from the other reviews, bad customer service isn’t a one off here.

I've given a one star purely for the lovely taste of the icecream, however there is a member of your staff there who needs to learn how to speak to customers. She is supposed to be upselling your products not telling my husband and daughter that 3 scoops of icecream is too much (that was the first occasion) and then on a second occasion (around 6 weeks later) both my daughter's and their friend we're looked up and down by the same member of staff and told that 'little girls should not be having that much icecream and refused to give them what they were paying and asking for. Really poor customer service and her attitude for a grown woman is disgusting."

Was passing with my wife and son (wife's in a wheelchair) was ignored when we first entered the shop. We all went to the counter and waited, there was a younger girl standing ignoring us, was doing some form of paperwork but no word at all said from her not even I'll be with you in a moment. The other lady in shop with red hair had to tell the other girl can you serve the man please"Which she responded with a half arsed "Yep" and again so apologies for the wait or her manners and just said what you after.Thought she was very rude and shouldn't be front of staff with an attitude like that. Also not a great place for us as not at all wheelchair friendly.Won't be returning because of the stuck up arrogant

The vanilla ice cream was very delicious. However the chocolate chip cookie wasn't that good. The cappuccino was good too. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Delicious milkshakes, didn't wait too long for them, it was nice to get a sit down while shopping. Would definitely visit again

Slowest staff ever moving at a glacial pace - food looked great but can’t comment on taste as after waiting ten minutes for a takeaway coffee, I gave up and left

Called in Monday 17th for cakes and scones to take out. 5* quality so returned again today for a second order of take out cakes. Staff very pleasant and all in all would strongly recommend this place when visiting the metro centre.I will be back !!!!
