Samphire Sauna
Great visit to Sanphire Sauna. Its just on the right as you enter the pier. The host is welcoming and quickly talks you through what's available to you during your visit. We had a 30minute session with cold water showers in between sittingsn, though you can book 1hr visits. We booked a private sauna so it was just the two of us. The sauna is a wooden cabin that could comfortably sit 4-5. It looks out over the sea and is really tranquil. You have access to two types of shower and deck chairs looking with mint water and orange slices. There are changing rooms and the area is secluded enough to leave your belongings and feel out of sight of the beach. It was a great way to start the day on our Weekend trip to Hastings. It's will stay on the itinerary for future trips.
