Do not buy online items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged instore online return process takes 21 days to process and staff online are rude and very argumentative I mean do they care about customer service at all I very much doubt it.

I want to express my thanks to the sales staff - I forgot to ask their names but they all were very helpful and patient with me, even carrying stuff from one fitting room to another. I must have tried on 30 dresses, but all still wore a smile and had advice on fitting and style.I don’t think you will meet better dresses and people in London shopping locations. After years of looking around London, I finally found dress heaven! The only regret I have is that I didn’t find this place before.

Beautiful vintage styled clothes but with modern day sizing - I love a store that makes vintage style more accessible! I love this location. It never dissipations and I always find something that I like. However I tend to shop during the sales as I would not be able to afford their prices otherwise. A lot of the styles can be mixed with modern clothes so it is not such a extravagant fashion statement. The staff always seem to be such interesting people who are nice and love the clothes they sell.

Ok staff was amazing. It was more like 4.5. I bought four dresses there less than two weeks ago. Some weren’t available in my sizes. I didn’t always try the belts and for the dress sizes the belts were too small when I got back to the states oh well. They had wonderful things sadly the cost had nothing close in pricing to include with buy one get one half so I passed. Sweaters are very small even when trying 3x!

Collectif has not only the most beautiful clothes, but also the best customer service. I love their clotes and I shop there for years with delivery to Poland. I had only an issue once and it was reseloved in under 24 hours with the best possible outcome. I strongly reccomend!

The staff is extraordinary friendly very helpful and try to give you the best experience you could ask for, don't hesitate to ask them if you need a special size or if they can have a look in the back for you. They're so lovely there and I can't thank the staff at souttalsfield enough to help me find my dream dress the hollyhocks... I Love them and be forever grateful
