Had blinds fitted today by Dan from Blinds by design CongletonDan fitted the blinds in my last property tooHe really goes above and beyond lovely guy!Does an amazing job and cleans up after himself would definitely recommend this company I also found Sarah and Ursula helpful over the phone and the guy that measured up can’t remember his name

I would like to thank Jodie, Sarah and their team of professionals on behalf of Macclesfield Audi. From the initial enquiry, the two personalised visits to the dealership and then the final fitting of our new blinds, I could not fault them.Even though there was a slight delay, due to the supply chain caused by Covid. We didn't mind at all, as we were kept informed and updated every step of the way.They fitted quality and bespoke blinds to two of our office spaces at a very reasonable price. We didn't even feel the need to shop around, because of their high level of customer service. I'm sure if we had spent hours searching. We might of found them for a few pence less, but customer service is everything to us also being a retail business.Thank you Blinds By Design for exceptional set of blinds and service!!!!

Brilliant service and was surprised how reasonable they were. The young man who fitted them was very efficient and well mannered.

We ordered blinds before lockdown, they were due to be fitted the week it closed down.They came to fit them this morning. Couldn’t be happier with them. Thank you so much and thank you to your fitter, who was very quick and had all his Ppe. Will definitely recommend.

Have used Blinds by design for all our windows, service from the showroom was brilliant and the fitting by Dan was extremely efficient and tidy. All staff very friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I phone the shop and arranged to go in on the Friday as she told me they were open all day so I finished work early and when round 2.30pm when I got there the shop was closed no one answered the phone so left a message one week later still no call so rang again spoke to another person they said they would get them to call me they never did so won't be buying any mor stuff there!

Another excellent job by Blinds by Design: great local company! From helpful & courteous advice from the showroom team, prompt arrival & knowledgeable measuring and fitting to high standards at a competitive price. Highly recommended: I wouldn't consider going to anyone else!
