I never like Riverside!! Neil Robinson I hate him so much cos Neil know I’m single mother n have 2 kids only nice ask want bath he said no I have pay bathroom no bath just shower i feel so sorry my kids my daughter said me mummy I want bath relax when finish school she 13 year old oh well I think Riverside will lockdown I hope!! Hate it

Not good

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolutely awful experience. Went through the whole process, only for the valuation to come in at £30k LOWER than the price that Riverside were asking for. They then suggested I make the difference up knowing that the property wasn't worth the amount they wanted. Very misleading. Four months into the process I was then asked to wait until 'other types' of property on this development had been sold so that they could ascertain the properties' correct value. Naturally withdrew my reservation - however the mortgage broker that they recommended to me now refuses to refund the broker fee. This company is based in Liverpool, and this is probably a product of not understanding the market in the area in which they are developing. Avoid at all costs.

Don't waste your time.

Well my review was going to be this place is awful to talk to and deal with etc. but then I got put through to Georgina who was an absolute delight and a massive asset to the image of the company. She was personable, took time to answer my questions and explain things to me. She really made me feel valued as a new tenant. I give Georgina 5 stars!

I'm now into week 5 with no hot water or central heating A date was arranged to fix these issues which unfortunately was the same day I have a brain scan,my housing officer told me if I choose the brain scan she could not rebook central heating or hot water for my home.Which to choose ?

Awful company, take money wherever they can. Make up charges knowing they will rarely be challenged and when they are make the process so slow and painful it doesn't seem worth it, only to admit after months and months they were wrong, only to do it again at the next opportunity.
