Great set of books to help calm the mind and inspire you.I use colouring as a way to wind down and help with my anxiety and with the quotes as well as the images to colour, I have found these books to be great!!!

My daughters use their notebooks to write diaries and for language learning. The paper is very high quality with perfect spacing between the lines. The binding is very strong and the covers are beautiful!!
