This is the go to place for toys.Fairly priced and a great selection.People at the tills are nice and not rude like other places here.Parking can be a mission, especially Xmas season.But there is more parking to be found over the round about.All in all, good place to shop.

Very unprofessional staff and poor attitude. I have spend thousands of pounds at Smyth and never returned anything apart from the experience I had today. I was returning a £16.99 products as the flashing lights would stop flashing. Immediately man at till stated we can exchange, he didn't even attempt to understand any context around the reason for my return. He then went on to test the products with batteries which I found very embarrassing as clearly he was questioning my integrity. He then agreed to exhange for another item.After a shortwhile in store my daughter decided on a higher priced toy which I proceeded to bring to the cash out desk at which point a female member of staff stated the item needs to be the exact amount £££ as returned item which is completely stupid. After expressing my concern she agreed that I could swap and pay the additional amount however she said you cannot have a receipt as you have returned another item.What in God's earth is this!! I will never shop at Smyths again. Serious training issue here!!

My god I wish I could have come here as a kid. The product placement is spot on for a 2 year old who wants everything he sees! Unfortunately for me it gets expensive after about 2 aisles of “I want that, that, that and that” on the plus side and what you really wanna know is the staff were great and the variety is fantastic!

Large overcrowded with stock, piled high on shelves store. Staff acceptable on some tills/departments. Order online and pick up in store best for christmas and party dates.

I went with my two young girls and partner. Walking to pay for a doll set my daughter had picked out we got stopped by two members walking towards us. I had a push chair with my youngest in and my partner and eldest were behind. I went to walk past them but couldn't get through as the two members of staff stood in front of us, felt like they expected us to move, so being an adult I moved back or 5 steps so they could get past and we didn't even get a thank you even though they looked at us. I couldn't hold my tounge and I politely mentioned to one of the members of staff that I thought it was rude what had happened and I wasn't happy to which they smirked and walked off. Not happy with the service that we received and will not be going back there - BRING BACK TOYS R US!!!

Nice shop, helpful staff, ample parking and easy access from m6 Jun 10.Great service and we will buy all our game stuff from there from now on. Would recommend

Staff aren’t friendly at all. At one point there were 4/5 staff members all crowded down one aisle just chatting away. When me and my son tried to get past them they just stared at us as if we shouldn’t be there. When paying for the toys I asked the lady who served us how much I had to pay as I was transferring money on my online banking, she said “I don’t know it’s gone off the screen now.” The man next to her rudely said to me “well it’s there on the screen if you look, so….” And pointed to the card machine. Staff in Wolverhampton Smyths are much friendlier and don’t just stare at you when you speak to them with blank looks on their faces.
