IMO Car Wash

Very good car wash. Very efficient, especially if you pre pay through their app!! Through the app you also get a free car wash once you have purchased so many!

First time I've used this car wash and a new car. The guys there know what their doing and were really helpful a good job was done in short order, I'll definitely be using it again.I've used this service a few times now and it's really worthwhile & handy. They have a HQ programme for less than £15 (leaving room for a tip) very good value.

Do a great job. Friendly and nice black marks left on my car like other car washes. Oh and you can even use clubcard vouchers.

Been going to the car wash for the last 2 year but lately the car wash has been having problems and the staff don't inform you of a malfunctioning brush on the left before you enter. Half the cars body is not cleaned properly and the smell of musty water enters the car vents while the track pulls you along.When the wash was £2.99 for a cheap quick was I didn't mind so much, but at £5 now it's better to go else where for a hand wash.

Disgusting paid £7.50 to wash and remove bird poo and came out with bird poo still on my car, l feel my car is more dirt now than before the wash, will never go back

Asked for a cheap £4.50 wash. The guy waves the card reader in front of me, I tap it. Get a notification that £7.50 was deducted from my card. I got the cheap wash too.. not great

Gone seriously downhill lately and won’t be using again. I paid for the ultra HD at £13.50. The results were shocking, I told the guy working that I wasn’t happy and he just shrugged his shoulders.Needless to say I won’t be going back and I don’t recommend this car wash anymore, the last wash I got wasn’t great but I put it down to bad luck but it’s happened now twice in a row.

Have been going her for ten years and used to love the place, but the last few times have been poor. The inside of the wash are is filthy and there's black grime all over the rubber bristles. The car doesn't get clean anymore and when I asked for a Mini Valet I was told it was too busy, but they would do the next one up. Cost fifty quid and he spent 10 minutes on the car, leaving it with streaks and watermarks everywhere. Rip off.

I have had my car cleaned here for a few years, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The prices and quality are amazing and I always drive out of the place feeling that I am driving a new car, even though it’s 14 years old.The automatic car wash machine is the same type that I used to wash my car in when I lived in Germany and it is of the highest quality. The guys always jetwash your car before you enter the automatic wash. I have never had any scratches on the paintwork at all – the machine’s brushes are of the best quality.My daughter just passed her driving test and we bought her a cheap used car. We were both disappointed with the filthy dog smell and all the mud inside it. After driving in it for a few minutes, I couldn’t stop coughing. It smellt like it was used by the mob for an execution (like in Goodfellas). So we just drove the car over to IMO Car Wash and showed it to the friendly staff there. In the back of my mind, I thought nothing could ever clean up such a mess, but they said they had seen much worse. We asked for the full valet service and left the car with them for a few hours. When we went to pick it up, it was like new and the filthy rotting smell was gone. We couldn’t stop smiling. They had done their very best for us, and now my daughter will also have her car washed here. They are professionals and the best around. Give them a try.Update November 2021I had my old blue Honda “mini valeted” here. They worked so hard on cleaning it inside and out and for a very reasonable price. I tried to offer more money, but they would not take it. The thing is, when driving away, it felt and smelt like a new car being driven out of the showroom. They're great!
