Quick and efficient experience with Ria. My phone stopped working first thing today, I went to the store - thought I was due an upgrade luckily - and Ria gave me great advice regarding a new phone, sorted the transfer even though my phone by then wouldn't co-operate, downloaded apps and everything saved on my Google account and in no time it was all done! Thank you so much.

Avoid the staff don't know what they talking about or doing , mis sold me a sim to go away , went back for a refund , the refund still not back in my account after my holiday, rip off merchant

Absolutely shocking experience!If I could give no stars I would! This is the first review I’ve ever left on a business- I don’t normally bother.The amount of time it has taken me to take out a phone contract is ridiculous. I’ve had to visit the store on three separate occasions due to the lack of information I’ve been given about what documents I would need. The amount of questions and hoops you have to jump through is ridiculous, all of this just to get a phone contract. The staff are in need of proper training I think. After getting to the store for the third time today I had to sit through a further 2 hours of nothing happening, to then be told that the staff member had done it wrong and it would need another hour of going through.Honestly appalled at how difficult it is to just get a phone contract- I’m already with o2 for god sake! I’ve left there feeling very angry, frustrated and un satisfied. It was meant to be an exciting occasion for me, getting a new phone. Never again! I’ll just add, I run my own building company and if a customer of mine had received this level of treatment I would offer them a full refund! I would also add, this would never happen as all my staff are adequately trained! What a s*** show!!

Lewis and Michel were absolutely great. There were some technical issues that just couldn’t be helped which took some time but they were patient, kind and friendly and we got through it with a good phone deal in the end. Thanks guys. :)

FANTASTIC STAFF! The staff here are extremely friendly, helpful and professional.Service with a smile and good at sorting the smallest problem or advising how to sort.Myself and my sister in law are both impressed with the Manager of this store. He obviously runs a happy team and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely person to deal with.

Have been trying to contact this store but they do not answer. Twelve separate calls over a two day period have been allowed to ring for over two minutes before eventually being rejected. Unacceptable.

Amazing 5 star customer service.Chris looked after me yesterday, went through all the best options, for what I needed. Definitely go & see him if you have any issues.

Georgie helped me after my phone was stolen, She was very sympathetic and nothing was too much trouble for her.She is a credit to O2. Thank you again

After ordering and receiving a new phone I discovered that a charger was not included and was unable to use any of my other Samsung chargers as they are no longer compatible.I visited the O2 store to get a charger and advice on transferring my old phone over.There were 2 shop assistants dealing with a customer so I waited. Once one of the staff came over to help me I explained that whilst ordering my phone I was offered every conceivable accessory and bolt on apart from the charger. This was not a surprise to the helpful store assistant as she explained, this happened a lot. She offered me a charger for the best part of 40 quid and told me there were no product solutions to use my current car charger or plug chargers.Whilst dealing with and giving somewhat of a hard time to the helpful member of staff, the senior member interrupted to offer no help or understanding let alone an apology. Instead he explained that the order had nothing to do with the store or O2 other than the online sales department.The reason for my low rating is the store was understaffed and unable to help with a problem caused by O2 and other than the trainee who tried to help me, seemed quite uninterested in helping an O2 customer, of 12 years, solve the problem himself. Terrible service from the senior staff member and a equally poor selection of products to help with a persistent, regularly suffered problem.

We had some technical difficulties transferring info from an android to an apple phone. Despite being short staffed the staff were brilliant and very accommodating. Hats off to Michael the manager, he gave us a great experience!
