Holland & Barrett - Slough

Visited this place on the 2nd October 21. Was helped and served by the delightful 'Chedra'.Purchased some 'Better You' products (Vitamin D + Vitamin B12 sprays).Nothing was too much trouble for Chedra, polite and professional she knew the products and what to suggest.Highly Recommend, well worth a visit, excellent choice of Health and Nutritional products.

I just visited your shop as I always do. There was some problem with understanding prices as you have a penny promotion now. The lady who was serving me was polite and helpful however there was another black lady ( I don’t know her name ) who came across who was very rude and sarcastic! She was trying to argue with me for no reason. Very bad experience!

I was in that branch today....there was two staff one just looking at me the other one serving a customer....I asked can some one help me.....the one a polish woman I think Bellowed back at me to not tell her what to do......I said I wasnt I just wanted some help....She was so rude that I left my items and I would not shop in that branch or recomend anyone I know to shop there...

The Queensmere Slough branch had a note on the door today .. 'closed for lunch back in 1 hour'!! 1 hour from when??

This black lady who works there was pleasantly rude toward me as she would not stop screaming saying 2 meters when I was practically 3 meters away from her she gave me the dirtiest looks as she would look up and down me as I would believe it’s the fact I wore a head scarf on when I first visited the store I would highly not recommend shopping at this store due to the lack of respect you would be getting from this one woman who I think is the manger of the shop or something anyway beside that I would just say shop at the Tesco Holland and Barrett shop they have much nicer sales associates then this one small shop in the high street

Fantastic shop, great range of products, affordable prices.Approachable, Friendly, Knowledgeable & Helpful staff every time I visit.Will be making a trip soon and would definately recommend this shop to anybody

Went in for a product they have didn't stock. Server placed an order. Returned to the store 5 days later to collect, was told by a rather rude manager that the order hadn't arrived and I should have waited for a confirmation text. 4 days later, still no text. Called customer service for a refund, only to be told my order had been delivered to the store THE DAY BEFORE I had gone in to collect. I was then told I couldn't have a refund over the phone and would have to return to the store for the refund (a 15 min drive and paid parking).On arriving at the store, I was told the refund had been done over the phone. This was not true; I waited another 10 mins while they called CS to confirm, and it had not been done. Finally received my refund. Never got the text. Got an apology but what a waste of time.

I didn’t get the colleague’s name but a big thank you to her for giving us amazing service. We picked up a box of tablets and wanted to get another to make the most of the ‘buy one get one half price’ offer, however there was only one box left in store. She kindly phoned the Tesco H&B and found out there were 7 in stock there. I come to this store quite often and the staff are always so knowledgeable, honest and friendly.

Worst Service ever by New Store Manager Monica. She has no class when speaking to regular customers and is very rude.
