To Rent Me Property Ltd

Absolute horrible company they completely ignored all of mine and my other roommates email for months about moving out and then on the day we moved out at about 2.30 they emailed us a list of demands and that we only had 20 mins to get out. They change our property manger and never told us the whole year who it was and messed about with us. They never email you about when someones coming so a few times we had people show up in our house not only this they never emailed us about people coming to view the house and one day we had four people standing in our hallway. They then charged us a ridiculous amount of money from our deposit, even though they told us they would take into account the fact they gave us no warning and that it was during lockdown. Also the 5 star reviews Lynn is the manger of the company so don't believe these as they all work for them. Completely took advantage that we were students please avoid at all cost, don't want more people being scammed.

Surely this is the best letting agent experience anyone can have? I have had genuinely zero issues with how they have managed things even managing to find someone to fix my door on New Year's Day at 7am

I have been doing business with 2rentme for almost 7 years now. Its a great team that really take the time to care about getting the balance between landlord and tenants right. Two of my kids rented via 2rentme when studying in Dundee which is how I came to know them.

2RentMe let 2 properties belonging to me.There is no letting agent that is perfect, because they are in the middle of owners, students and HMO inspectors, so they get it from all sides !I used to have my 2 properties managed by another agent that are based in the town centre ( ' Rd ' ) and they were a disaster, completely disorganised and badly managed by owners who were rarely in Dundee.2Rentme in comparison are well run and organised !There are bound to be a few of their letting students that are very negative because they have lost money on their deposits because of their own negligence. I have just had a student that managed to burn a brand new carpet in her bedroom !However i can assure you that your deposits are safe thro them. I can tell you this from my experience, because contrary to the misleading impression of a few complaining students here most students pay little or almost nothing thro their deposits !, because most students take care of the properties that they are living in.

The 5* reviews are from people who work for 2RentMe. This company is greedy, unhelpful and try to keep as much of the deposit as possible at the end of the tenancy. Avoid at all costs!
