Awful company, everything is too much trouble 'computer says no' attitude, I Ordered Timber on A Tuesday over the telephone to be told that delivery was not going to be the agreed Wednesday but it would now be the following Wednesday, I said to hold fire on the order: Later on the Tuesday - May have been the Wednesday I placed the order online.I was told on the following Tuesday that the items are now not instock would I mind if they were cut from larger sheets - Absolutely no problem!I was then told I had missed this weeks Van and now would have to wait a further week.The company are only based some 8 miles away from me. - through no fault of my own this company will have taken my money some three weeks before delivery.Needless to say I have now ordered with BandQ and have delivery in two days time! - I like to support local business' but this company are incompetent and I have no idea how they are in business.If I could give no stars I would.I will update on how quickly the refund occurs.

Great place to buy all your timber needs. Local Norfolk company and long established in Stoke Ferry. They are adaptable to your needs, always friendly and will delier too! What more could we ask for!

That was a first and definitely last time when I used this company, so unpleasant sale I haven't see anywhere (From lady behind the counter to the driver). They will have to work on company's PR unfortunately, there is lot of to learn.

Brilliant. Had what I needed, good quality timber, sensible price. Nice helpful efficient people. Pleasure to deal with. Lot of companies could learn from this place.

A proper timber yard. The kind of place where it’s great if you engage and talk about what you’re trying to do. You’ll get good advice on materials and some cutting to order. Materials are then priced up in the yard and you go round to the office to pay. And you’re supporting local rather than just pumping money into B&Q etc.

Always a great service with very good prices!
