Worked there for 10 months, awful environment. Manager does not care about your health and will give attitude when you ring in sick. Both manager and deputy procrastinate everything. Management and some of the staff will make you feel undervalued and excluded - other staff members have left before me because of this. If you don’t do something right they won’t outright tell you, they’ll give you looks and gossip behind your back. Don’t hope for feedback, especially from the deputy manager who’s arguably the worst. They talk badly about parents in front of the children. They bring their drama into work - you’ll be forced to hear about it all day everyday. Soiled nappies are often ignored. I could go on.There’s a reason they’re always short-staffed, and its not the children!

I rang to enquire a potential place for my child and the level of apathy and shortness by the lady on the phone I was put off. Certainly will not be sending my child there if that's any indication of their staff aptitude
