It’s their only job and they can’t deliver a Christmas tree!!!!! This is the worst company I was just hung up on by someone because I complained about the non delivery of a Christmas tree who did not notify me two days before Christmas - they do not accept responsibilities for no. Delivery I would never never order from this company - they are so unprofessional and rude — don’t waste your Christmas on these ignorant people

Very very disappointed. All summer when passing by the farm I looked at the tree I was looking forward to buy. End of November I went to the farm to be told to be back at the end of the week Saturday 5th December at 9:00 am. I arrived at 8:45 am. Gates locked, no one to be seen. I waited 45 minutes then went to their site in Frenchay. They did not know anything about it. They offered me to buy a large tree but at 4 times the price offered at the farm. It’s not the way to treat customers surely. I left disappointed.

Great trees. They moved to a spot in frenchay last year but still the same great service
