Teesside therapy clinic

Been having sessions with Roy for few months now and he has honestly been so professional, understanding and very helpful. I have been suffering from some issues which he has gone above and beyond to help me with. Most recently we did a quit smoking session, I have been smoking on and off for over 20 years and I can now happily say im a ex smoker thanks to Roy. I would highly recommend teesside therapy clinic.

Roy at Teesside Therapy Clinic is a really good therapist. I had one to one sessions with him to develop my confidence and deal with issues around anxiety and unhelpful thoughts. His material and ideas that he uses within therapy are useful and I found the sessions really beneficial.

I have found Roy to be an excellent therapist. He really took the time to get to know me, and he has always been able to give lots of insight into what I've been going through. Everything we've discussed has been dealt with sensitively and thoughtfully, and I had a lot of faith in him as a professional right away.He has helped me with family and relationship issues, as well as with some work around food and weight loss.I am so glad I decided to go to Roy, and I am so grateful to him for the help he has given me!

I contacted Roy in seek of help with some anxiety issues I was experiencing. During the 4 sessions I had with Roy, he introduced me to techniques to help combat my anxieties and to help me relax. I went to see Roy for therapy regarding stopping smoking and he did just what I needed after one session it worked, I haven't had a cigarette since and don't feel like one. I would really recommend him he was brilliant. Thanks again Roy
