We have been using DSM Plumbing for many years including the installation of our central heating system. Recently we visited their impressive showroom to choose a new log burner. Great service, money well spent. Great job done. I want to add that the new fireplace in my lounge looks great, having a multi fuel stove has provided a new heart to my home. The staff in the showroom were helpful and informative at helping me to choose which stove was right for my lifestyle. The engineer that installed it was polite and helpful.I felt at ease having this company carry out such a complex job. I would definitely recommend having any type of work done by this company. I would use again.

Absolutely phenomenal service, called about a cooker installation and were here within 90 minutes, the engineer was polite and respectful and wore a mask at all times. I will happily recommend them and use them again.

Excellent service and very professional. We had a list of jobs for DSM and the staff were very helpful from start to finish answering any queries we had. The engineer on the job was very punctual and got all our jobs done in a day. The jobs were finished to a very high standard. We will definitely be using DSM for future work and will be recommening them to others.

The day after we visited the showroom, the engineer came to house to ensure suitability for new gas fire. The order was placed and the fire was installed less than 2 weeks later. Excellent, friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended.

I contacted DSM with an emergency - a bird had become trapped in a gas fire! The response was terrific- the customer service team expressed real concern, treated my call as a genuine emergency and routed the engineer to my address with terrific speed. The job was done expertly and the starling involved safely released! Very pleased customer.

Can highly recommend Dave. He is professional but friendly and put my Mum at ease and wore a mask for safety throughout. He came out as an emergency when my Mum’s central heating stopped working. He spent a lot of time checking everything. He said my Mum needed a new boiler but she would probably be entitled to a grant, so he looked up the website and telephone number for us. He also mended my Mum’s kitchen tap. Dave really went the extra mile to help us and we would never have thought about grants had he not told us.

We fully recommend this family business. David installed a new gas stove and fireplace after removing a very dated older fixture. Right from start to finish we found them helpful responsive and professional. We would have no hesitation about using their business again.
