I have been attending Michael’s circuit classes for a few months and I LOVE them! He helps push me in a supportive way which helps me improve my fitness. I hadn’t exercised in a few years and was worried about getting back into it but the classes are so much fun! There are people at different levels of fitness and Michael encourages you to challenge yourself rather than compare yourself to others. I have noticed a massive impact on my strength and stamina since attending. Michael pushes you hard but you get the results and have fun too! I would recommend Michael Band Circuits to anyone and everyone!

Awesome PT been going to individual sessions for years & circuit classes when time allows and both are brilliant. Individual sessions are always tough but varied and he always works round any niggly injuries that crop up from time to time. You get out what you put in. Very knowledgeable across the board re general fitness, weight training and diet. The outdoor group classes are always fun with a crowd of like minded people.

I’ve been training with Michael for over 7 years now - both with personal training and in his amazing classes. I love being part of ‘Team Band’ - he’s built an incredibly supportive and fun community who cheer each other on and provide motivation when you really don’t want to drag your butt out of bed. I attend circuits in the park and live Zoom hiit and strength classes every morning, and wouldn’t go back to a regular gym now as Michael’s training is by far better than any I’ve received at all the big players!

I have been training with Michael band for 3 years now.. I have cancelled my gym membership as the result and changes in my body have been amazing . I do p/t he has morning zoom and boot camp. He pushes u to the max. The group in his class are lovely crowd. More more people keep adding on as the results are amazing. Can’t see me joining gym again. 10/10 all the way.. thanks Michael.

My partner and I have been seeing Michael for personal training sessions and attending his outdoor circuits since February 2023 and we are really happy with the level of instruction and results we are seeing already. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and manages to cater training style to our differing levels of ability, also accounting for my partner’s recent back injury. He has created home training plans, updating them as our abilities improved, and a nutrition guide for us to follow. His PT gym has a fantastic range of equipment, everything you could possibly need to meet your goals, and he is super friendly, approachable and personable. I would highly recommend Michael as a personal trainer whether you are just starting your fitness journey or are more experienced but could use a bit of help and a good place to train.

I was looking for a fitness class and came across Michael’s circuit classes. The best decision I made was joining the class. Everyone is at different levels, you work to your own pace and Michael is great at motivating you to work the hardest you can. I started in May and the difference in how I feel is incredible. The group is so friendly and welcoming, I cannot recommend this enough- a great way to keep in shape and meet some lovely folk too!

Started going to micheal after not doing anything since lock down. Used to go to classes regularly but lost my confidence. Micheal started slow with me as I have a long standing injury. He has helped me feel so much stronger and now I attend his circuits in Newlands park which I would have never done before. He is very professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him especially if you are nervous about going to PT or classes .

I’ve been training with Michael now for 2 months and LOVE it. Michael is so knowledgeable, supportive, and professional. He’s helped grow my confidence, motivate me, and push me in my fitness journey. I’ve also joined Michael’s outdoor circuit class which I cannot recommend enough. It’s great for any fitness level, and a great way to mix up your workouts and meet new people. For anyone thinking of joining, do it! You won’t regret it. I’m seeing great results and excited to see more in the coming months.

Michael is a joy to train with. He's been my PT for over 4 years and he never fails to surprise me with new challenges along the way. Just when you think you know all the different exercises available he finds a new way to make you work. He continually builds his knowledge and brings it into his training programmes.Michael offers a range of classes, always tough but fun and he's great at knowing what level you need to work at and how to get that little bit extra from every session.A great PT as well as a great guy, no matter how tough a session might feel you know it's been worth it and you keep going back for more!
