Great customer experience dealing with Harry. Walked me through the warranty process and always happy to help out and advise. Recommend giving them a try as it was a pleasure to experience excellent customer service as it seems few and far between in this sector. Thanks again.

Good, friendly service for a reasonable price. Had some problems with my car that took some time to resolve so actually delivered the car to my house when completed. Will be using in future.

My partners Astra needed the cambelt replacing last minute and the lads at crossroads yet again came to the rescue and were able to fit it in this morning! Dropped the car off at 9am and it was done by 1pm, with the mechanic going the extra length to health check it and replace other bits that needed doing! Top service! Cannot fault them one bit, wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car! Highly recommend!

A pleasure to deal with Harry and Henry, a real professional team with a lot of knowledge, had my car in for some diagnostic work as the main dealer quoted me 6 weeks lead time!Harry knew straight away what would need replacing, ordered the parts the same day and I was back in my car in time to fetch the little ones out of school!Even got a curtsey wash, (a bigger job than you might think having 3 kids)I'll be back when my service is due and will be recommending to all my friends and family. Thanks again guys!

Crossroads Garage
Amazing service from Harry and Henry, I’ve had a few issues with my car since breaking down last year and previously taking it elsewhere, where the problem was not diagnosed properly. I took it to cross roads and they diagnosed the problem straight away and showed me the problems they found. They fixed it for me quickly and at a reasonable price. Will definitely be using them again in the future cannot recommend them enough!

Please, please read this before taking your car to Crossroads!!At first, I put the problems I’d had with crossroads garage down to Incompetence and them accepting a job that they were not experienced enough to be taking on. Unfortunately, things became more serious once it became evident they had tried to cover up damage they had caused to the rocker cover whilst undertaking the original work. One thing I will say is that Harry and Henry are friendly chaps. But when you pay £1000 for a job, you expect a high standard of work and that’s where they sadly failed. It all began 3 months ago when I was given a quote for a timing chain replacement which was far more competitive than any quote I’d had elsewhere. I was happy for Crossroads to do the work and Harry told me the work would take 5 hours and the engine would be like new once the chain and gaskets had been replaced. I left it on the Friday morning and by Saturday morning I’d heard nothing so called crossroads. No answer from Harry’s mobile and this became a common thing. Communication was very poor! I messaged Harry and eventually he answered to inform me they were having trouble removing the injectors. By Monday afternoon I was concerned and popped in to the garage. Henry showed me the injectors and how he was struggling to remove them with a turning tool. They spoke to another mechanic on the phone whilst I was there and it turned out they were trying to remove them incorrectly and should have removed clips on them first. This immediately sounded alarm bells for me but I left them to carry on. Tuesday morning they had removed the injectors but they were now damaged and needed replacing. Apparently this is quite a common thing to happen with this type of job. I’m not a mechanic so had to take their word for it. 4 reconditioned injectors added another £250 to the £616 cost of the original job. On the Friday! One week after taking the car in I collected it from them. Driving home my my Night Shift the next morning the car broke down on the motorway with plumes of smoke coming from the engine. I was recovered back to crossroads garage and they looked at the car on Monday morning. By the evening they returned it to me. I was told that the problem with the injector was down to poor work by a previous garage and not their fault. It was now sorted, apparently. Roll on three weeks and I notice smoke from under the bonnet. Number 3 injector is puffing out what appears to be oil. I take it back to crossroads the next morning and by the evening it is ready for collection. Henry tells me the smoke is just residual oil from previous work and it will dry up. I did not believe this but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Three days later the smoke is still puffing out of the injector. I take it back to them and this time they keep it until the next day and return it to me saying they have changed the seal and it is now sorted. I get home, look at the injector and it is still puffing out smoke. It is at this point that I make the decision to take the car elsewhere to diagnose the problem, because they obviously don’t have a clue. Unfortunately it turns out that they knew exactly what was wrong with it. When trying to remove the original injectors incorrectly, they had caused a large crack in the rocker cover which meant the new injector would not seal and hence the oil vapour. Rather than admitting to the damage and sorting the problem, they then used a rubber sealant to try and cover it up and stop the smoking. On messaging Harry with the findings he blamed his colleague Henry for using the sealant but denied that either of them caused the damage. Why you would try to cover up damage you didn’t cause I’m not sure? Now I’m being completely ignored and sadly have to now go through trading standards and small claims court for some kind of compensation. This whole sorry mess has caused me huge inconvenience and lost me a lot of work. If this review saves at least one person from suffering like me I’ll be happy

Harry and his colleagues provided a diagnostic report on my car during a very difficult situation following the purchase of my vehicle from another retail.
