Since new owners we thought we would try again a couple of months as was let down previously and wow it’s the best Chinese I’ve had and I’m so fussy. It’s always piping hot food, great tasting. All the dishes are top spec and standards. Can’t rate this place enough.On shift they are always cleaning and lovely staff. Thank you we come twice a week and my partner always collects and we highly rate your new touch on the place. Amazing food

Absolutely shocking, we witnessed the driver take a bag out of the box and put it on the seat of his car, after several phone calls to the restaurant the same driver delivered what we was missing then he stuck his fingers up and took off his glasses ready to have a go, never have I seen such a thing from a local establishment, lost our business for definite

The takeaway was clean, the order taker was on the phone when I got there, so there a slight day to ordering but there were no issues.The food arrived quickly.Once home, we noticed that although the food was hot, the chicken balls were under cooked and still pinkmin the middle. This then put us off the rest of the food incase of this been undercooked, too.Used here instead of our regular chinese, so we will not be returning.

Rude Rude RUDE!! What more can I say!? And not for the first time since the new owners have taken over!I called tonight wanting a delivery, I had to ask the man on the phone to repeat himself several times and with each time his attitude and rudeness got worse! I was told there would be a 2 and a half hour wait for a delivery (this was at 8.15pm so not peak times on a weekend). He said if I wanted it sooner to collect. No customer service at all, think it's time to find a new Chinese, such a shame!I should point out the food wasn't great last time either!

Waited nearly 2 hours for cold food that's a 5 minute drive away from my house. Not impressed, when called was told its on the way, driver then spent 5 minutes banging the neighbours door. Rubbish service and cold food, absolutely not impressed, won't be going back.Edit- food was gross, tasted like oil and chicken balls were pink inside still. Straight in the bin, what a waste of money and time

We have used this take away for many years and despite different owners in that time the food and service has remained the same high standard. We do try others occasionally and most in the area are good but we always return to the Gourmet
