Gary and his team … made our wedding day complete! Although we are coming up to 5 years ago on the 20th of August … we still think of Gary and what they done for us…they were just amazing!They really went above and beyond, they changed things in the menu for us to suit our colours, his staff topped our evening food up when it was getting low and it wasn’t even their job to do as they were just there tidying up.We were let down with a bar at the last minute ..just two days before our wedding and Gary stepped in and brought the bar to us and manned it himself in the evening.I couldn’t thank him enough without them our wedding would not of come anywhere close.Thank you again for that amazing day 5 years ago!!

We were married on June 1st, with an outdoor ceremony and a marquee reception. We were so happy we chose Gary Williams and his amazing team at By Ambience to provide our Wedding Breakfast and evening meal. The food was absolutely wonderful and over a week later I'm still having guests compliment it - it was tasty, varied and plentiful.I also need to thank the staff who served us on the day, without exception they were all brilliant with no request was a problem.It was a major part of the best day of our lives, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending By Ambience and you'd have to go a lot further to find a better all-round package. Highly recommended. We used By Ambience to provide catering and a bar for our wedding at Pilgrims Rest and guests and ourselves were delighted with the food and service. We had nothing but compliments from our guests about how good the food was. Gary was fantastic throughout the planning process and helped put us at ease and ensured the day went well.

I honestly cannot recommend Gary and the team enough. We hired Ambience for our wedding catering, and I don't think we could have asked for anything more. The food was delicious (especially the canapés which didn't last very long) and everything ran like clockwork. They really went the extra mile to ensure the day was unforgettable - even down to little details such as introducing us the room. Gary is one of the most professional individuals you will meet and he is not happy with anything short of perfect.

Excellent caterer for both private and public events. Eaten with these guys twice and was very impressed with the skill and attention to detail from the owner Gary. They have a very wide ranging menu, so something for everyone. :-)

We used By Ambience Catering for our wedding at Peelings Manor Barns in August 2018. Gary and his team were exceptionally well orgnaised and professional from the moment we sent over our initial enquiry. Ambience helped us to structure the timings of the day, ensure we were well equipped, as well as providing us with some fabulous food and drink. Gary understood that we wanted a relaxed, informal day and his menu of pie and mash was very well received, with our guests commenting that it was some of the best wedding food they had ever had! The by Ambience team are incredibly friendly, hardworking and professional and we cannot recommend their services enough.

We had the pleasure of having this wonderful company at our venue, Horstedpond Farm, this weekend. The were so professional and left everything immaculate and spotless. All the items for other suppliers were neatly folded and sorted ready for collection. They really went above and beyond. The food was amazing too, the menu was incredible! By Ambience catered for our wedding on 4 July. We had a 3 course meal with canapes and the food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Many guests commented on how lovely it was. To add to the complexity of our catering we required dairy free, vegan and nut free meals; as well as one guest with very complex dietary needs. Gary could not have been more accommodating and reassuring that all the needs had been listened to and went the extra mile to ensure that all our guests were able to eat (they had offered to bring their own food), but this just wasn't necessary and was so appreciated by a family who rarely eat out due to the allergies that they face. Gary is obviously very talented at what he does and when communicating with us was very helpful. It was a very busy time and responses were not always quick but always helpful when they came.
