What a lovely man! We were lucky enough to get Mr. Jones to come round the day after we'd called: we needed our old TV aerial taken down (it was driving me mad when it rattled in the wind - there's been lots of that lately!). He arrived on time, and the job was done very speedily. Very happy to recommend him to all...

Gwilym came on the same day that I called him. Extremely punctual and quick to identify the problem with our lack of TV reception within minutes of his arrival. He was able to resolve the problem on the same visit which obviously kept the cost down. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I text'd Mr Jones on a Sunday after struggling to sort out our satellite signal. He confirmed he would come the next day and duly arrived mid-morning. A previous installtion had used splitter boxes and a distribution board which was interfering with the signal path. Mr Jones fitted a new dish, new LNB and sorted out the wiring such that everything was working perfectly. He was with me for over an hour and his charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend him.
