I’ve been to this store twice. Once with family and today by myself. The cashier was lovely and had good knowledge of products.

Don’t bother with this place , policy’s and staff are terrible

I really don't know what's happened to this once lovely store! I used to really look forward to going in, the girls were all amazing, very professional and helpful. I visited today 27/2/19 and was met with rude staff, who were extremely unhelpful. They tried to use new legislation as the excuse of why they couldn't help me. The atmosphere in the shop has completely changed and definitely not for the better. Even my little boy used to love going in to chat to everybody.It's a real shame, but whoever has taken over definitely doesn't understand the importance of customer services or just general politeness!! 2 out 3 of the girls met my query with rudeness, one of whom was supposedly the manager. I will definitely think twice before visiting this store again and look for alternative places to purchase my goods. Like I said, a real shame.

Sally’s should be ashamed to call Luke a ‘manager’He’s telling all customers there’s a min spend of £30 THIS IS NOT TRUE I’ve checked with multiple branches and managers this afternoon.He’s also is telling customers that they are only accepting over the phone payments. I can’t trust this man to have a mature conversation let alone handle personal data.Very dissatisfied customer of 12 years.

I had a balayage done by Bernadette, she did an amazing job, was really friendly and stayed overtime after the shop closed to finish my hair! Hair looks beautiful now so happy with results. Thankyou !!

I shop regularly at the Crawley branch, 3-4 times a month. Always helpful and professional staff. Thank you guys for the hard work :)

Love this place.... Curteous staff.always pleased to help with advice.Good range of hair and beauty products...Again have to repeat .. couldn't be more helpful if they tried. .. parking for an few cars in front..

I visited the Crawley store last week, although I wasn't allowed inside to browse, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful member of staff, he made great suggestions on what products I could use on my hair and took the time to treat me like a person and not just a transaction! Thank you Sally's of Crawley ... I will be back!

Luke was very helpful and really cared for me as a customer. I suffer from alopecia and he spent lots of time with me, advising me on what extensions and products I needed. He went over and above to make me feel good about my hair. A big thank you to Luke, I would 100% recommend Sallys!
