Burgers drier than Saharan roadkill, patties so thin it may as well be vegetarian. Customer service....well chocolate teapot comes to mind but that would be giving them too much credit. If you want a decent burger go to 16th Street or King's Castle.

This place posted a picture on Instagram about a special offer they had on. I live quite far from the actual shop itself and when we finally got there the shop was closed and online it said they were open. Absolute disgrace and when I had had food from there before it was disgusting would not recommend

Wow. I ended up searching through tiktok and found a food review from TFT who recommended this place. Took me a while to find the place in the centre. Once I did find this place I managed to get parking outside. I ordered the tower burger meal and upgraded the chips to loaded fries with grilled chicken. The burger which had beef, chicken and turkey rashes. It was big and I didn't get round to finish it, I ended up having to share. tasted real good, expensive but what isn't nowadays. Loaded fries had nice crispy chips with a nice layer of cheese and chicken. was so full with the burger only and a taste and passed it to my Mrs who enjoyed it. Overall very nice but pricey for a burger meal. Maybe would try something else like the pizza as another customer was eating looked and smelled really good.

Ordered a munch box dealFood came late and cold no sauce.Rang take away to find out where food is rude woman on phone told me there was no order in my nameFirst and last time ordering from here absolutely waste of money.

Okayish, food took half an hour to get here had one person in the kitchen only. We got half our food the burgers and wings first. The burger was small with a Warburtons bun which was cold and ruined the taste the cheese on the burger was sweet the lamb patties where nice and cooked well. 6oz was kind of too small would recommend 8 oz. The wings where really spicy but st the same time tangy both flavours overpowered one another. The fries came after we had ate the burger they again had the tangy cheese. We asked for mixed loaded fries but was mostly chicken strips no beef. Overall 4 out of 10.

The service was excellent and the wings and burgers were delicious!! And the date milkshake was lush.Would definitely recommend and go back again to taste their pizza's.Can't wait !!

Wings and loaded fries were delicious. Nice joint with plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Tried one of their burgers previously as well, (dwntwn’r?) which I would recommend trying.

Came here when it wasn’t very busy at all…food took about 20 minutes to come. We ordered burgers and loaded fries, plus a pizza too.Overall, the food was delicious! Especially the loaded fries. My chicken burger looked ever so slightly pink but it wasn’t of concern as it could have been from dye/certain piece of chicken. Staff were friendly and checked on us. Recommend it!

Although the service and atmosphere was pleasant I have to to take this into account. Otherwise, it would have been 1 star.Also, don't be fooled by the pics. They may look very appetising. However, the food was very tasteless.The chicken wings were raw from inside. I can honestly say that this place has put me off from chicken wings for life.The loaded chips was also tasteless and had no flavour.I dont know if the lack of taste comes down to cheap ingredients or lack of experience.Whatever it is.. I hope they can pull their act together.

I did a late night order on ubereats. Ordered the munchbox which was on buy 1 get 1 free. So muchbox X 2 consisting of 2 chicken burgers 6 wings 2 slices of pizza and some fries for £13.28. I thought I'd bagged myself a good deal until the order came. The food was tasteless, the burger was dry the pizza was slightly warm with a rock solid base and one bite of the wing left me feeling sick. Eventually I realised that it was a complete waste of money. First time ordering from DWNTWN and definitely last time too!!Extremely disappointed
