Not much to say. I found the item I wanted on the site, went to the store to collect. The assistant was friendly and helpful, didn't have to wait long despite the store being very busy.

Probably one of the worst screw fixes I’ve been too, manager didn’t care when employee asked for assistance. Employee wanted to know my inside leg measurement for a coffee offered free on electricfix, why offer it in the first place if it’s too much effort ?

Every visit is met with cheerful staff, and 99.9%, they what you want in stock. If not, it's there next day.The click and collect system saves so much time. You can find out if it's in stock to save you the hassle of making a wasted journey.I have used screwfix since they started as a mail order company but, having local branches has been a step up.

Spend a lot here whilst doing house renovations.Click and collect is brilliant. Great staff.Also had issues with a product, returned it for a full refund, no quibbles.
