Run. Delivered to wrong address, called to chase up order, told to go fetch it from the wrong address! 5 hours to resolve - angry neighbour and a bottle of champagne down they don’t want to help resolve just take your money ! Simple to be honest but not these ! !

We placed an order for wall & roof insulation at lunchtime yesterday & it arrived within 24 hrs. From start to finish the service was excellent & we could not have asked for a more helpful or friendly driver. The price was the best too. Highly recommended, we will certainly be ordering from them again.

i purchased various plasterboards for my house renovation. i rang the company on the landline. i did not get an answer. however i got a text message shortly. the company was fast and easy to deal with, i asked them if they had the plasterboards, they said yes, i asked for the delivery on a specific date, the were able to arrange this. the delivery arrived on time.i was able to stay in contact with the company through tghe process. i would get a messages back within a short period of time.1st class service, product as well as being in contact with a person through the process

I’ve ordered twice from Pinks for my insulation boards for my home extension and about to place my third order. They also provide comprehensive advice on alternative products to what has been specified in the building plans/specification to ensure you meet the correct U-value and save money against the leading brands. I can’t recommend them highly enough and my builder will be using/recommending Pink’s for their next extension project for another customer.

Great advice, speedy service, really good price and first class service. Pinks will be my first choice for more suppliesI bought insulated plasterboard for a garage party wall. I got great advice from them on the best product for the job. Delivery was available the next day with a SMS letting me know it was being delivered. I got more really helpful advice as the van was unloaded and Darren even called the manufacture’s technical support to get an answer to one of my questions. All ready to fit the boards this weekend.Thanks Pinks.Update: I installed the insulation without any issues and the difference it makes to the house is even better than expected, toasty warm indoors now.

Would definitely recommend - Katy was unbelievably helpful from start to finish with helping understand what I needed, how much material, and putting together a quote for me.Correspondence was quick and easy all through the process to the day of my delivery, where Ian dropped off and assisted moving all materials with me.The customer service is second to non, and the prices are great too!
