Can not recommend highly enough,my premises were broken into and front door locks completely unusable. Phoenix security shutters were onsite at 9 am the following morning,measured up and priced up,went out of his way (during lockdown ) to get me an electric shutter fitted within the day !! Amazing service,and cheaper than I expected,will only use Phoenix in the future

I wouldn't recommend for emergency call out. We phoned yesterday afternoon as our shutter wouldn't close and we couldn't leave the premises so exposed without a shutter. After calling Phoenix we were told that they would come and we knew we had some wait as they were on another job and 35 minutes away. We didn't mind the wait but when you are told an estimated hour to hour and half and wait three? We called for an expected time after 2 hours had passed and there was no answer or reply to phone or text , after 2 half hours we tried again and waited up to the third hour, having no call no message back and am immediate end of call, we knew they weren't coming. We had to employ security overnight and thankfully got our shutter sorted this morning from another Company. Truly appalling leaving us waiting for three hours and ignored after saying they would come. To clarify do not recommend and posting this review so what happened to us hopefully doesn't happen to anyone else.
