I bought a bracelet for £100 in Venice, which unfortunately snapped before I got it home so I googled repair shops near me, I found Jewellery Repairs London and took it in to them to repair it. Initially I had a good first impression, the man who served me was very polite and chatty and told me he would have his technician take a look and they would contact me with a quote. I got the quote - £60 - a few days later and told them I was happy for them to go ahead with the repair.When I went to collect the bracelet I was in a hurry, on my way to a hospital appointment, so I didn't stop to open the envelope when they handed it to me - I just transferred the total and headed off to the hospital. On my way there I opened it up and realised that the clasp of the bracelet was now broken in two places, both of which were functioning perfectly before I left the bracelet with them. I called them and left a message to let them know that I had noticed it was broken and would return to the store the following day for them to repair it again, however, I received a voicemail saying that the store was going to be closed for the following two weeks.I returned to the store today to speak to them about my, still broken, bracelet. I informed the lady at reception what had happened and she brushed it off, saying she could fix it right away. She took the bracelet away and returned less than a minute later with the clasp still broken. I told her again that it was still broken and this is when her attitude changed. She became very aggressive and cut me off whenever I tried to speak, telling me that I had clearly broken it myself because her father would never have touched the clasp, and that I had to leave the premises immediately because they would, not only, not repair the bracelet that they had broken, but they also would not issue me with a refund.I have now paid £160 for a broken bracelet that I cannot wear, as well as having been attacked on my lunch break from work.DO NOT trust this repair shop with your jewellery.

I had my wife’s eternity band repaired with a missing diamond and Re-tipping. They were incredibly professional and had it repaired in a less than a week for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The jewellery repairs team did a marvellous restoration on an old family heirloom engagement ring.They repaired structural damage and the wear to the claws.The under bezel and the mill-grain setting was restored to its art Deco look.They added two new diamonds along with new millgrain and everything was combined together as though the new diamonds had been there all the time.The Turnaround was impressive and fast. Our experience exceeded our expectations. We will probably will be looking to return for some wedding bands.We have just had some Silver candlesticks repaired here. At long last they will great again on our dining table - Thank you to the restoration team x

I would not recommend this place for ring resizing. I asked to resize some rings but when I picked them up they were still too big. The manager of the store then refused to correct the size unless I paid again £120 for the job! He in fact was quite rude and unfriendly. I would recommend instead going anywhere else around the area - there’s plenty of shops that can do this for you properly for cheaper and hopefully done correctly.

Very helpful staff fixed one of my rings and made it the correct size super affordable way cheaper then other places plus they fixed it within a week . They also sell nice jewellery:)

They repaired an enamel necklace that everyone else refused to do. They were very helpful and quick to respond and the repair itself is amazing, you can't even tell it was damaged. Highly recommend

I love this place! I lost my diamond and then found it. They had a very quick turnaround time so that I could have the ring back for a wedding. I also had them secure the ring with a new setting that I adore. Friendly service and quality work. One happy customer!

Not only lacking to read my email of what exactly I needed done. But leaving out important repairs to a small item that needed small adjustments. This took 5 months !! to finish when it’s a job not more than a week. I was billed way out of this world a whooping £500 for a piece of jewelry that sells for £200. Stay away. Save your money and the hassle. Sadly that I not found an amazing place where they do custom made rings around the corner from them. VERY reasonably priced and they could assist me easily with my repair.

The customer service here is extremely bad. I called to confirm if a piece of gold jewellery could be repaired quickly within the day to which the lady assured me that this was possible. Upon arriving I spoke to a man there who informed me that they do not do a day service and we would not have been given that information on the phone. They said they must send it off for a week or more. Both the workers here were extremely rude and very stuck up. I was given wrong information by their staff member and then spoken to so rudely for asking for a gold ring to be repaired. They seemed like they did not want to waste time on such a simple repair that did not bring them that much money. I found a jewellers near by (Amour jewellers Ltd) EC1N 8TB that was very polite and so helpful and able to help me with my gold issue, I'm so happy that I found him. Please stay clear of these money grabbing snobs.
