Went thinking I needed an expensive repair...not at all - they fixed the issue and charged me a remarkably modest amount. Garages get a bad rap for dishonesty...but not here. My garage of choice here on in.

Just had two tyres fitted, ordered through Blackcircles, very helpful friendly professional staff, fitting was prompt and will use this garage again.

Very friendly, customer orientated, good value for money, will only use them from now on.

Had two of my tyres slashed robert tyres came our staight away had me back on the road in 30 mins at a very reasonable price and very professional highly recommended thank you again many thanks kieran

Called 4 days prior to visiting asking for tyres to be ordered in. I was informed that I would get a phone call to update me when they were delivered. No phone call Monday, I called in the afternoon and they stated that they had been delivered this morning and told to come by for fitting. When I arrived I had to park out front as there was no room around the back which was okay but a pain if I'd have needed to turn the car back around as there was traffic lights right out front. I went inside with my little girl and was met by 3 men. I explained I had tyres ordered in and was there for fitting. I was told I'd have to wait two hours before they would be fitted. I explained I couldn't wait that long especially with my little girl and was never informed this and had travelled half an hour to get to them. The guy was extremely rude and unhelpful completely. I certainly had my time wasted. I questioned why I never got a phone call this morning to be informed of the delivery so that I could have come sooner and the guy said they didn't come until this afternoon; totally contradicting what I was told on the phone an hour prior.I will NOT return. I have no idea how people have said their customer service was wonderful because I left extremely aggrovated by the whole encounter.The only reasoning for 2 stars is they are priced well and did order the tyres in. That is simply it.

Called for a roadside tyre fitting. Great speedy service, kept informed on time, good value and got the tyre requested. Jack was great, nothing an issue, helpful, friendly guy. Would highly recommend. 5*

The staff are always really helpful and they get you turned round really quickly and back in the road as soon as possible.
