I really have to share how fantastic the guys are here. We purchased our caravan yesterday & traded in our old one. I've got to say it has to be the best experience we've ever had with making a big purchase. The process was so simple & easy. The Knowledge of the guys is second to none & they are extremely thorough. They went above & beyond & I would definitely recommend going there if you're looking for a caravan.

We recently purchased our second caravan from here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. There is no pressure selling, you're left to browse around but help is readily available when needed. Fantastic company. We purchased our lovely caravan a couple of weeks ago, took her to our pitch and spent the past two weeks there in wind, rain and sunshine and can’t fault her. Excellent service from Craig and his lovely wife. A real family run business who actually care about what they do. No pressure sales, just solid service throughout. We collected our van, fully serviced, valeted and with a comprehensive demonstration so we could get started on our holidays straight away. Just returned from having our first caravan delivered to a static site for us ( at a very reasonable delivery fee ) by Tim. We initially saw the van on line and although we live 50 miles away we are very glad we made the trip to visit Capes & McLeod. From first meeting Tim we were treated with superb service from start to finish. Everything was explained fully and his attention to detail was superb. He gave us loads of advice and handy tips.We cannot recommend buying from this company highly enough,The caravan we bought was beautifully presented and a reasonable price.If your looking for a caravan give Capes and McLeod a visit, you won't be disappointed. We wanted a larger more comfortable van than the tiny tourer we had, as we wanted to seasonally pitch. Craig allowed us to go into every can we wanted to look at on our own with no sales pressure at all. When we had narrowed down our selection, he helped us with the pros and cons of our choices to finally select the one best suited for what we needed. Our purchase was straight forward, came with a full 12 month warranty, the van was fully serviced and valeted, with all certificates, registrations, service history and manuals. Needed advice and a submersible pump for my motorhome, dealt with Craig , sorted my problem, revisited same day to upgrade water pump and new micro switch, couldn't have been more accommodating, let me carry out the fix on site and let me top up my water too ! Outstanding friendly service
