Very Disappointed. Couldnt make the first appointment at my work, 2nd appointment wasnt going to be at my work until 4:45 when i finish at 5. Hasnt replied to my last 2 messages so ive been forced to look elsewhere . Shame as was recommended by a good friend from Knights BMW. This was the first time i had used Dent Heaven!

The work carried out by Shaun is nothing short of miraculous. You can stand and watch the dent disappear in front of your eyes. Shaun arrived exactly on time, such a nice and efficient bloke, whose work is fantastic. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much.

He came out and looked at the dent and it was going to take longer than he thought so he made another appointment. The work is excellent.

Has let me down 3 times in 18 months. I gave him the benefit of the doubt the first couple of times. But he's done it to me yet again. Booked me in for the Friday so I had the day off waited in all day. Then I rang and rang him of course no answer !!! I eventually got through and he said that he would be straight over to me. Didn't show up and didn't have the courtesy to ring me back !!! Oh he's done the same to some friends of mine. I will never ring him again !!!!!!
