Cannot fault them at all. The dentist I saw was extremely kind. Very warm and welcoming.When I struggled with the x-ray film in my mouth do to past experiences, talked to me and treated me like a human.

As a person with dentist phobia it was very difficult for me to get to the dentist. After researching for a specialist who understands my fear, I’ve had the opportunity to meet Dr. Syed Majid Hussain. He understood my fear and he made it look easy. I’ve had 2 extractions made by him, I felt no pain, and the nurse was making sure that I don’t need to be afraid. Now I am looking forward for my next appointment! I recommend Tigga smile! Very friendly staff and very understandable with people like me!

I have been going to a Dentist since the age of 8 when I stated with my teething issues and I am now 70. Never in all the years of my Dental journey have I met a dentist like Dr. Jagsi who is so professional and exceptionally good at what she does. I was waiting for the sharp pain with an injection normally felt but when she removed the syringe from my mouth and said all done I couldn't believe it. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. The Staff are friendly and courteous and go out of their way to accommodate any requests or issues you may have. I highly recommend Tigga-Smile Bedford to anyone needing a Dentist!!

Tasnima was absolutely amazing! My first appointment she had seen myself and my 10 month old son, I explained that I’m not confident with my smile and it’s taken me a few years to get back to a dentist due to a poor experience previously. As a result of this I have a few cavities and broken teeth. She kept me calm and explained that the biggest step was walking through the door, and I’d accomplished that. Just had my second appointment and I’ve got Temporary fillings until I’m suitable for an x-ray, I was very nervous and scared and again, herself and the nurse helping made me feel so comfortable and just like we were chilling having a conversation in between each filling! She’s given me the confidence I needed and I fully trust her with all my future treatment. I won’t go anywhere else now. Thank you Tasnima and the ladies that helped on both of my appointments ❤️

I was exceptionally impressed by all aspects. The booking for new patients was swift with plenty of appointment times. The surgery was clean and modern and the staff wer all very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

I had my first NHS dentist appointment in 4 years here. They were very attentive and kind. The dentist gave me real advice on how to improve my smile. I was very impressed and felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time. They are currently accepting new NHS denists. Fully recommend.

“Several reminders” was sent to the wrong number not to my number !! On the day I made the appointment I’ve mentioned several times that I am not registered at this dentist! The receptionist clearly ignored what I was saying and decided to guess my number?Why didn’t she ask for my number in the first place ? Also on the day of my appointment I was told by the receptionist due to sending reminders to some wrong number I could either get a refund or another appointment booked and when I called why was I refused a refund or appointment even though the receptionist told I could! Unscrupulous dental practice !!

I cant thank Dr Jagsi and her team enough for the care,patience and treatment that I've received at Tiggasmile. I've been given a completely new smile with implants and it has really transformed my life.The process was very thorough and at each appointment I was made extremely comfortable. The practice was very professional and the staff were always pleasant and happy to help.Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly and caring service.
