Needed to buy a new phone, staff very helpful and no pressure sales. With Covid restrictions only one customer allowed in and one member of staff.Very happy with service and my purchase.

Helpful and friendly staff

I had a problem while doing my shopping and sent a complaint letter in through the post. My letter was never responded to. Two or so months later I went in person and handed another letter to one of the duty managers who assured me she would personally hand it in to the store manager. It has probably nearly another two months and no response still. I asked about the complaints procedure and was told that i at least should have had a letter to acknowledge my complaint. I can only assume that is not for everyone. Really disappointed.

Helpful patient staff but unfortunately error whilst completing order

I did originally post a good review as I had a good experience with them when I brought my phone but a totally different experience when my hubby brought his. He brought a new phone which didn't work properly from the start. He took it back 4 times. The first 2 times they put new sim cards in, the 3rd nothing was done because they didn't believe him then the 4th the man said it's not worth sending it off because they will only say there's nothing wrong it. We decided to phone Tesco customer services ourselves who told us to send the phone off ,so was without a phone for a week. Low and behold there was a fault with the phone!! They repaired it and sent it back. If Tesco Cradley would have done this in the first place it would have been sorted.

Pretty much OK, staff helpful and polite, reasonable choice of phones at reasonable prices.

Visited last Sunday looking for a SIM only contract. Was served by Jack, who provided absolutely exceptional customer service. Friendly, welcoming, patient, I could go on. Absolute legend! Made getting a cheap deal super easy, was extremely happy with the result. Cheers!

Got a new phone today and was served by Stacey and she helped and guided me, to a phone that suited me and my needs. Brilliant, polite and very helpful.
