Scott carried out repair/replacment works to flooring and floor joists in our home that had suffered wet rot. All work was carried out in a professional manner, in line with his quote and everything was cleared away once he was finished. Highly recommend him for any similar works.

Scott, did an excellent job - large granite dwelling with single floor extension in Aberdeen City - his report identified damp/rot that others did not point out; Scott was helpful in identifying the root cause of the damp and what ought to be done and his own work was of very good quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending Scott to anyone.
