I was not a customer but I knocked on the door this evening (we had masks on and carry sanitiser), an hour or so before closing time, to ask if my daughter could use the toilet (only due to the fact she’s been allowed to do so before) as she was visibly extremely desperate and she wasn’t going to make it the 20 min walk home. We were spoken to very rudely and the door shut in our faces, leading to embarrassing and uncomfortable events for my 6 year old daughter on the way home. I’d have understood if it wasn’t possible for whatever reason, but I’m writing this review just because of how the lady was who spoke to us.

This is my Mums hairdresser's and she thinks they are excellent. She would go anywhere else. Very friendly and always have time for a chat.
