I had my first relaxing massage in May with Elina it was really good relaxing and blissful experience ,friendly Staff rooms are very clean and calming, it’s really great value for the service. Not forgetting the receptionist Mr. Gary who was very friendly and understanding to take notes of our needs and what brings us to the massage company today.Would definitely recommend and come back for a massage.All my love to you all .

To be honest I cannot imagine returning now because the hard sales pitch to buy a subscription is so aggressive. Pressure sales at its worst.If you go for a massage get ready to fight off the boiler room sales tactics at the end

Emma is absolutely fantastic. I hold a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders and I am never disappointed when I visit her. She's super lovely and great at what she does!

50 minute back massage.it was an amazing experience.Place easy to find, clean and tidy.Staff welcoming and professional.Ambience was so relaxing, with stoma therapy and appropriate lighting and sounds.Sam, my therapist has been incredible! he found the right spots and worked on them explaining at the end what he did how and why.introduction price is affordable and absolutely worth it, especially for the London average, however if you don't do the membership the occasional massage it's quite expensive and not too affordable.brilliant experience overall

Incredible, sweet and caring staff!From the most welcoming receptionist to massage therapist. Went for a 1hr massage which was a blissful experience. Heated bed so you’ll never feel cold, heated head rest for when you lay on your back and some warm towels for after session so you can freshen your self up, thought it was a lovely touch. Caring and knowledgeable therapist and of course… very nice aromatherapy oil selection. I felt very relaxed after my session.Thank you team!

Finally found a massage place in London which does not look like a doctors clinic .Amazing massage by Elina. I went for the Swedish massage and mentioned to her my pain focus area was to be the shoulder and neck. She did a fantastic job, and even ensured to check every now and then about the pressure . The bed had under heating which made it nice and warm throughout . Did not want the massage to end. It was supposed to be 50 mins but ended up being 45 mins . But loved the whole experience.

Victor was my therapist today and he is very friendly.I had shoulder pain so he spent more time on this area. I feel better after the massage.

Staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome.The massage room was very comfortable, clean and warm, a lovely relaxing atmosphere.The table was comfortable, wide enough, and heated which was a nice touch.The massage was really good and the masseuse responded to my requests for more/less pressure.The therapist did not massage my feet, ankles, hands or head. It would be 5 stars but I specifically asked for my feet and ankles to be a focus area.All in all a very nice experience!

Requested a swedish massage for my wife and i. Wife found her massage rougher than expected. Realised when we got home, she received a deep tissue massage instead.Place is friendly, but the upselling before and after the massage was too much, as per previous reviews.edit- team reached out and gave complementary massage to Rectify their mistake- was great experience this time!
